From concept to launch
I owned AVA’s end-to-end design and development as Superset’s fractional Head of AI Products, taking it from an idea to a launched product. My work spanned product research, product direction, design, and development.

AVA guides candidates through a conversation and practical tasks within one interview. The experience moves from onboarding to spoken questions, interactive assessments, and coding.

Beyond AVA
At Superset, I also led research, design, and development for a suite of six-plus AI assessment tools, and worked on the company’s AI-native strategy across sales, marketing, and product workflows.
